He helped me find exactly the car I was looking for and kept me consistently updated on its arrival, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was his communication—he was always quick to respond and even reached out to let me know if other RAV4s became available before mine arrived. That level of attentiveness made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. When my car finally came in, Tan went above and beyond by walking me through all the features in detail. He even showed me how to use the parking assist feature, which was super helpful, and made sure I was comfortable using everything. He was so knowledgeable and even helped me customize settings like the sound system. On top of that, he was an absolute joy to work with—friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making the experience a great one. The process of purchasing my new car was very easy and positive. From my request through Costco to my tutorial in the car it was a great experience. The process at the dealership took a little longer than I expected but sometimes that's par for the course. I dealt with a few people through the process that I appreciated, jack Iddins, Jimmy Bae, and Nestor. I would definitely recommend anyone buying a Toyota to check out your dealership first.

Would happily return to purchase my next Toyota here. They were transparent and responsive throughout the process of buying my Sienna, at MSRP with no markups. They did push an extended warranty very hard, but I expect that's the case with every dealership in the country.

Pretty expensive for an oil change, but the service is great, and the shuttle back and forth while waiting for my car to be ready makes it worth it! EDIT: The shuttle service no longer exists, and they seem to be pushing hard to perform the most expensive services now, as opposed to the services that makes the most sense. I’ve found a great local mechanic to use instead.

Good overall experience. Appreciated service advisor going over final inspection notes. Need to work on follow up request made between service writer and client concerns.

Routine car’s scheduled maintenance services were well taken care of. Paperwork outlined exactly what were done.
