I have a 2010 Toyota Prius that I bought in 2016 for driving for Uber. I put on a lot of miles on my car because of the job. I have always gone into Burien Toyota for my car service needs. The service department staff are always helpful and informing when I have car repairs. One service representative that shines and stands out very positively is Steve Nordbye. Steve always greets me with a smile, informing print out of car needs with a thorough explanation and regular phone texts of keep me posted on the car repair progress. I have always had efficient and excellent work done by the service technicians and professionalism of the organization. Ana, Anthony and Monica in the office always give me an informing breakdown of my bill and payment options. I give Burien Toyota service department a five star rating!
On 4/12/23, my 2016 Prius had the 90,000 mile service maintenance completed. It was done very well. Jacob the service representative was very friendly and informing. I was very happy about my car’s service done at Burien Toyota.
On 6/19/23, Burien Toyota replaced my 2016 Prius’s broken windshield with a new one. They also calibrated the automatic cruise control and braking too. The new window looks beautiful and the calibration works perfect. I am very happy with the service and work done at Burien Toyota service!
On 11/12/24, Burien Toyota service worked on my 2016 Toyota Prius to help take away a crunching sound under my car. I appreciated their work!
On 11/23/24, I had a 12 point maintenance done in my 2016 Toyota Prius. The service was done completely and timely. I appreciated the work done!
On 11/30/24,. Toyota installed new front struts. and mount on my 2016 Toyota Prius. They did an excellent job and very timely. I appreciated George, my service representative, in keeping me informed about the job. I also appreciated, the service technicians, on completing quality work!
On 3/1/25, I had an oil change that Burien Toyota service did for me. One thing in particular that I appreciated was the technician noticed that my car battery was at only 20%. He recommended a new battery which I approved. Now I know why my car stalled last week. It won’t stall now with the new battery. I also appreciated service representative George for walking me through all the steps and recommendations in servicing my car.
On Thursday, 4/5/25, I bought a 2025 XLE white Prius from Burien Toyota. I was very pleased with my sale’s representative who was Nestor Nunez. Nestor showed me the extra features of the XLE compared to the LE and convinced me that it is a good car for me. Nestor allowed me to test drive the car, and I was so impressed with it’s smooth handling, and quiet Interior. It also had the color I wanted, and I wanted a Prius too. I bought it, and I am very happy with my purchase! It’s an excellent car!
My maintenance light in my new 2025 Prius came on so I drove up to Burien Toyota To see if they could fit me in for an oil change and maintenance. I didn’t have an appointment, but they’re very cordial to me and fit me in. I appreciate all the excellent service and friendliness of Burien Toyota staff.
On Saturday, September 20, 2025, I had my second maintenance appointment for my 2025 Toyota Prius that I bought at Burien Toyota. They did an oil change, tire rotation, and a full points inspection. I was very pleased with the service. I was especially appreciative of the service manager, Jacob, and the service representative, Jorge. Both the manager and representative were informing and pleasant. This is my second purchase of a Prius at Burien Toyota. I always like to do business with them bcause they are honest and helpful.
