I recently took my Subaru-Cross trek to Burien Toyota Service not knowing if they would service a Subaru. They welcomed me and notified me with pictures about the rat droppings in the engine which they cleaned with so much of care and excellence. I was impressed what a fantastic job they had done. I have decided to take my Subaru for periodical maintenance here. Previously, I used to take my car for service only to the Subaru service centers and didn't get this great service. Kudos to Kap in Toyota Service who coordinated my car service!! I am extremely pleased with Burien Toyota. My previous 5-Star review a year ago has been consistent with my current review which indicates their committed service to their customers. Reviewed May'2025 Drum Roll!! I want to give a shout out to Justin in Burien Toyota- Parts Department for giving me his 7-STAR customer service. I went in to get the battery replaced in my car key fob and to my surprise he did the job for no cost to me. He made my day very good and I felt special and walked out with a swag. This type of customer service is hard to find in any dealership and I highly recommend Burien Toyota to all of you looking for excellent customer service.
